Following the new law on the protection of personal information within Quebec, know that Structures Derek International SA is committed to respecting the confidentiality of personal information as we have always done.

We mainly collect, use, disclose and retain only essential personal information. We use this documentation to identify you, record and update your employee file, and perform administrative duties in compliance with the privacy laws.

We may communicate your personal information to other parties such as our general contractors and clients for purposes of payroll reporting, certifications and demographic information only.
